How it works

From a spreadsheet to a recruiter-ready shortlist

Six steps. The first three take an afternoon; the rest run for as long as you are preparing the batch.

1

Upload students

One CSV with names, department, CGPA and backlogs.

2

Measure skills

Send an assessment link. Answers become levels, weighted by difficulty.

3

Score per role

Every student against every role, with eligibility applied separately.

4

See the gaps

Which skills are short, for whom, and what closing them is worth.

5

Run interventions

Dated plans that reach the threshold, ordered by points per hour.

6

Field the shortlist

Reassess, watch scores move, export the list before the drive.

1 · The upload

A CSV with name, student_ref, department, CGPA and backlogs. Common variants like "Roll No" and "Branch" are matched automatically. Bad rows come back in an error report instead of disappearing.

2 · The measurement

Pick the skills to test and Tutorops builds a multiple-choice paper from a tagged bank, then issues one link per student. No accounts. Answers become levels weighted by question difficulty, and a skill with too few answers is left alone rather than guessed.

3 · The drive

Eligibility rules filter on CGPA, backlogs and branch. Readiness ranks who is left. You get a shortlist with skill evidence, and a list of what is stopping everyone else.
