2. User Obligations

• Access credentials must be kept confidential.
• Users are responsible for all activities under their account.
• No user shall misuse or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

3. Program Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in any program is subject to TutorOps’ discretion. Payments must be made as per the schedule provided. In cases of non-payment, access may be revoked without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content including lectures, text, code, videos, and materials are the property of TutorOps or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

TutorOps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user.

6. Termination

TutorOps reserves the right to terminate access to the platform or any program at its sole discretion, particularly for violation of these Terms or misconduct.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
